Basic Specifications & Performance

Q: What is the airflow of this fan? What is the maximum air speed?

A: Airflow (CFM) varies by model and can be referred to in the product catalogue.

Maximum air speed is approximately 2–4 m/s, depending on installation height and site conditions.

Q: How much area can one fan cover?

A: Estimated coverage area under open and unobstructed conditions:

2.4m – 2.7m:80–100 m²

3.0m – 3.8m:100–150 m²

4.2m – 4.5m:150–200 m²

4.9m:200–300 m²

5.5m:300–500 m²

6.1m:600–800 m²

7.3m:700–1400 m²

Actual performance may vary due to ceiling height, structure layout, obstacles, and ventilation. The more open the space, the further the airflow can travel.

Q: What is the diameter of the fan? What material are the blades made of?

A: The recommended fan diameter depends on the building height, floor area, and site layout.

Fan blades are made of aerospace-grade 6063-T6 magnesium-aluminum alloy:

Blade width (curved surface):185 mm

Thickness:1.8 mm

Blade twist angle:29°–34°(varies at different blade positions)

Surface coated with powder coating for corrosion resistance, durability, and easy maintenance.

Q: What is the motor power? Does it consume a lot of electricity? Is it inverter-controlled?

A: Motor power varies by model; please refer to the product catalogue.

Very low energy consumption —approximately 1.2 kWh per hour(Tier-1 energy efficiency).

Equipped with an inverter control system with stepless speed adjustment and multiple safety protections:

- Overload protection

-Short-circuit warning

-Impact/collision auto-stop

-Fault diagnostics & alerts

-Soft start & anti-reverse protection

Q: Is the fan noisy during operation? What is the noise level in dB?

A: The fan operates very quietly, producing almost no sound at low speeds.

At maximum speed, measured noise level is below 38 dB (mainly airflow noise, not mechanical noise).

Actual perceived noise may vary slightly depending on room acoustics or echo, but overall remains very quiet and comfortable.

For reference, 38 dB is similar to a quiet library or gentle natural wind, suitable for factories, warehouses, showrooms, gyms, and commercial spaces.

Application Scenarios & Performance Effects

Q: Can the fan solve heat and poor air circulation in our workshop during summer?

A: Yes. Industrial ceiling fans are highly effective for improving ventilation in factories and workshops.

With large-diameter blades and a wide-angle design, the fan drives full-area air circulation, removes accumulated heat, and improves airflow.

Under typical conditions, it can help reduce the perceived indoor temperature by approximately 6°C.

Q: How many degrees can the fan reduce the perceived body temperature? (Note: perceived cooling, not actual ambient temperature)

A: In summer conditions around 35°C, the natural breeze generated by the fan accelerates sweat evaporation on the skin, providing a significant perceived cooling effect of 8–10°C.

Q: Does it help with humidity and musty odor in warehouses or underground parking areas?

A: Yes. In humid environments, industrial fans improve airflow and help eliminate moisture accumulation and musty smells.

They enhance overall air quality and create a more comfortable working environment.

Q: Our workshop has a lot of dust / or contains corrosive gases. Is the motor and blade system protected? (IP protection & corrosion resistance)

A:Our permanent magnet motor is designed with IP68 dustproof and waterproof protection, effectively preventing dust, liquids, and corrosive gases from entering.

The fan blades are powder-coated for corrosion resistance, anti-oxidation, and dust protection, ensuring long service life even in harsh environments.

Q: Will the airflow be too strong for sports venues and affect competitions? Can it be used together with evaporative cooling or water curtain systems?

A:The fan produces a soft, natural airflow. It generally does not affect sports activities, except for competitions involving badminton, where airflow direction is more sensitive.

If lower airflow is required, the fan speed can be adjusted through the controller at any time. The fan can be used together with water curtain systems or evaporative coolers, providing an enhanced cooling effect and improved comfort.

Practical Installation Feasibility & After-Sales Assurance

Q: Is the fan installed on the ceiling, column, or wall? Our roof is steel structure with metal deck—can it support the fan?

A: Industrial HVLS fans are installed using a ceiling-mounted configuration.

Standard I-beams, round steel tubes, and angle-iron beams can typically support the load.

For aged angle-iron beams or small round tube beams, a structural assessment of metal fatigue strength is required before confirming suitability.

Q: Is the installation complicated? Do you provide installation service? If not, are drawings or videos available?

A: Installation is relatively simple. We can provide full turnkey installation service.

If the customer opts for self-installation, they only need to follow the step-by-step instructions in the installation manual.

We also provide detailed installation drawings, instructional videos, and technical support for remote guidance.

Q: What is the minimum installation height? What are the roof load-bearing requirements?

A: Minimum installation height must meet safety clearance: not less than 3 meters.

Recommended installation height varies by fan diameter; follow the guidelines provided in the product catalogue.

The roof structure must support at least three times the weight of the fan.

During operation, the fan generates a downward force of approximately 0.5 times its own weight.

Q: What is the warranty for the motor and the whole unit? What is the response time for repairs?

A: The motor has a designed lifespan of over 100,000 hours and comes with a 5-year warranty. The entire unit is covered with a 4-year warranty.

During the warranty period: 1-hour response time, Solution provided within 12 hours, On-site service arranged within 24–48 hours

Q: If the remote controller or capacitor fails, are spare parts easy to obtain?

A: All components of the fan are widely available standard parts in the market.

During the warranty period, replacements are free of charge.
